Physical Ability Challenge


The drill schedule includes some fun firefighter physical ability challenges. Now is the time to get in shape. Check out X-treme fitness or San Juan Fitness, or take advantage of the equipment at Station 31.
The PAT includes a 150 foot dry hose deployment, a 70 foot charged hose line advance, a ladder halyard raise, "roof" walk, attic crawl, simulated roof ventilation, rescue drag, ladder carry, stair climb, search, and hose hoist. Start exercising now!
